Welcome to the SIANE Industries trade fair
We are pleased to welcome you to the SIANE Industries trade show. This show is primarily a place for industry professionals to meet and exchange ideas. To ensure your visit is enjoyable and beneficial for everyone, we ask that you observe the following guidelines.
For the students
- Stay with your group at all times and follow your teacher's instructions.
- Move calmly through the aisles, without running or stopping in groups in the middle of the walkways.
- Please ensure that you do not interfere with business transactions between exhibitors and their visitors.
- Before entering a booth, make sure the exhibitors are available. If they are in a meeting, choose another booth and come back later.
- Handle equipment, machines or demonstrators only with the exhibitor's permission.
- Adopt a respectful and professional attitude: politeness, active listening, and discretion are essential.
- Keep the noise level moderate to preserve an environment conducive to discussion.
- Please respect safety instructions and restricted access areas.
For accompanying teachers
- Actively supervise your group throughout the entire visit.
- Ensure that students remain in small groups and do not block aisles or access to stands
- Make students aware of the professional nature of the salon before they arrive
- Encourage interaction with exhibitors while respecting their availability and business activities.
- Intervene quickly in the event of behavior likely to disturb exhibitors or other visitors
- Ensure that safety instructions and traffic rules are followed in the lobby
